1. What are your candles made of?
Our candles are made with 100% soy wax and high-quality fragrance oils. We prioritize ethically sourced ingredients and avoid paraffin and synthetic dyes to ensure a clean, eco-conscious burn.

2. How long do your candles burn?
Each candle provides up to 60 hours of long-lasting fragrance, so you can enjoy your favorite scents for days!

3. Where are your candles made?
Every candle is hand-poured with care in small batches in Virginia.

4. Do you accept returns?
We currently do not accept returns. If there’s an issue with your order, such as damage or the wrong product, please reach out within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to help.

5. How long does shipping take?
We process and ship orders within 2 business days. Shipping times depend on your location, and we’ll send tracking information once your order is on its way.

6. How should I care for my candle to get the best burn?
For an even burn, trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use. Allow the wax to melt across the entire surface during the first burn to prevent tunneling.

7. Why is there texture or discoloration on my candle?
Don’t worry! This is completely normal. Our candles are made with 100% natural soy wax, free from phthalates, parabens, dyes, and toxins, so you might see some texture or slight discoloration on the surface. Rest assured, this has no impact on the quality, fragrance, or burn of your candle.
