Orders and Payments

• All Sales Are Final: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
• Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and may be subject to change without notice.
• Payment Processing: We accept payments via Shopify.

Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping: Orders are processed within 3-10 business days and are shipped to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
• Lost or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days with photos of the damaged item(s). We will work with you to find a solution, but we do not guarantee replacements or refunds.

Product Information

• Handcrafted and Unique: Each candle from Shenandoah Scents is hand-poured, not made by machine, so every candle is unique and may differ slightly in color, scent, and appearance. These natural variations are a hallmark of our handcrafted process and are not considered defects, adding to each candle’s individual beauty.

Limitation of Liability

Shenandoah Scents is not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the use or misuse of our products. By purchasing our candles, you assume full responsibility for proper use and safety precautions.
