We are committed to getting your candles to you as quickly as possible! All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is on its way. 

All International orders are subject to customs duties, tax, and/or other charges according to the country the package is being shipped.

Returns

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at llc.skls@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery, with photos of the damaged item(s). We will work with you to find a solution, but we do not guarantee replacements or refunds.
